Returns and refunds

If the delivered goods do not meet the customer's qualitative and/or quantitative expectations, the customer has the right to make a return request to Respet with a direct and descriptive testimony of the problem attached (a written or verbal declaration from the customer is not sufficient but at least one image/document). The return request must be made via email to info@respet.it, via call to 351 2261279, or via Whats app request to 351 2261279. Return requests via email are preferable.

If the conditions for replacing the goods do not exist, Respet undertakes to issue a refund to the customer who makes the return request, providing the customer with a return shipping label to place on the package and arranging, in agreement with the customer, the collection of the package in question by courier.

Respet undertakes to refund even those customers who have placed an order by mistake and who prefer to return the package for a refund, always relying on the customer's good faith.
