REFUND

Pursuant to Articles 52 and 54 of the Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products. The legal guarantees provided for by Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer is entitled to the restoration of the conformity of the goods without charge, by means of repair or replacement. The Customer forfeits these rights if they do not report the lack of conformity to Respet within two months of the date on which they discovered the defect. The action to assert defects not intentionally concealed by Respet shall, in any case, be time-barred twenty-four months after delivery of the goods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available on the Site, in order to allow for their storage and reproduction by the Customer pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003. Contracts concluded with Respet S.r.l. (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 ("Consumer Code"), Legislative Decree no. 21 of February 21, 2014 (amendments and additions to the "Consumer Code"), and Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003 (hereinafter, "E-commerce Decree").
