Returns and refunds

If the delivered goods do not meet the qualitative and/or quantitative expectations of the customer, the customer has the right to request a return from Respet with a direct and descriptive testimony of the problem attached within 30 days of the order. A written or verbal declaration from the customer is not sufficient, but at least an image/document certifying the condition of the product is needed. The return request must be made via email to info@respet.it, by calling the number 351 2261279, or by Whatsapp request to the number 351 2261279. The return request via email remains preferable.

In the event that the conditions for a replacement of the goods are not met, Respet undertakes to issue a full refund to the customer who makes the return request, providing the customer with a return shipping label to place on the package and arranging, in agreement with the customer, the collection of the package in question by courier.

Respet is committed to refunding even those customers who have placed an order by mistake and who prefer to return the package in exchange for a refund, always relying on the good faith of the customer.
