Shipping information

Respet offers free shipping for all orders placed by its customers. The minimum order to allow the fulfillment of the goods is Euro 29.99.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier Bartolini or GLS (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. During the payment phase, the customer will have the option to choose which courier (BRT or GLS) to entrust his shipment to. Respet is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Respet will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, which will specify the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, after entering it on the Courier’s website, the status of the shipment.

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes.

For each order placed on the Site, Respet issues a receipt and/or invoice for the goods (when requested) shipped excluding foreign countries, sending it via email or post to the person placing the order, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering is valid for issuing the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, always sign with reservation of control, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or to the Products or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages must be immediately contested in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

In the event of failure by the Customer to collect the Products within the deadline specified above, the Order will be automatically cancelled and Respet will refund the Customer the value of the Order, except for delivery and storage costs which will be borne by the Customer. Storage may last a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days.
