Description
Complete powdered feed for nursing kittens up to weaning. It is a powdered milk for kittens that replaces mother's milk in every respect, perfectly replicating its composition. It can also be used as a nutritional supplement, in addition to regular food, for pregnant or lactating cats and convalescent cats.
Composition
Oils and fats, milk and milk derivatives (whey protein powder 40%), sugars, minerals. ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS: crude protein 32%, crude fibre 1%, crude fat 23%, crude ash 6%. ADDITIVES: Nutritional additives: Vitamin A 23,000 IU/kg, Vitamin E 200 mg/kg, Vitamin D3 2,000 IU/kg, Vitamin B2 20 mg/kg, Vitamin B6/pyridoxine hydrochloride 5.1 mg/kg, Vitamin B1 6.0 mg/kg, niacin 26 mg/kg, Vitamin B12 0.052 mg/kg, calcium D-pantothenate 25 mg/kg, Vitamin C 520 mg/kg, choline chloride 4,021 mg/kg, L-lysine monohydrochloride 16 mg/kg, DL-methionine, technically pure 5 mg/kg, Taurine 200 mg/kg, Potassium iodide 0.18 mg/kg, Selenomethionine produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae 45.4 mg/kg (Se 0.10 mg), Iron(II) carbonate 205 mg/kg (Fe 80 mg/kg), Copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate 20 mg/kg (Cu 5 mg/kg), manganese sulfate monohydrate 62 mg/kg (Mn 20 mg/kg), Zinc chelate of glycine hydrate (solid) 154 mg/kg (Zn 40 mg/kg). Technological additives: Antioxidants.
Packaging
200 g jar of powder. Contains a 2.5 g measuring scoop.
Instructions for correct use
Put the amount of powder indicated in the table into the feeding bottle. Boil the amount of water indicated in the table separately and then let it cool until it reaches a temperature of approx. 38°C. Then pour the warm water (approx. 38°C) into the feeding bottle and mix with the powder. You can prepare milk for the entire day, storing it in the refrigerator; reheat it to a temperature of approx. 38°C before use and stir well. Always keep fresh water available for the kitten.
Dilution:
Kittens 30 g/100 ml of water
Cats 20 g/100 ml of water
Feeding frequency and doses for orphaned kittens
(In this case, PRIMOLATTE Kitten is the only food the kitten receives):
- from 0 to 21 days: every 2 hours
- from 21 to 35 days: every 3-4 hours
- after 35 days: every 12 hours, while also starting to provide solid food
Other kittens and adult cats:
(In this case, PRIMOLATTE Kitten is only part of the food the animal receives)
Dose to be administered:
Growing cats and adult cats up to 100 ml/day.
Pregnant or lactating cats up to 150 ml/day.
